Bora Bora Bliss

Someone told us that they were convinced that Newlywed bliss was such a real experience because of the calm that comes with wedding planning being over... and I completely agree. We loved every single detail and moment of our wedding... every second of planning was completely worth it. But having the relaxation of a Bora Bora honeymoon to look forward to is for sure what kept us going during the stressful parts of the planning. Yet the feeling that I don't think I completely could understand when looking forward to our honeymoon was the pure joy that came from not having anything to think about but each other... and simply enjoying the first days of our married life together. It was a feeling that I knew would come, but could never fully comprehend until actually being married... a calmness that is more assuring than anything I could've expected. True Newlywed bliss. And I'm sure the view didn't hurt either.
