Our First Home... The Vacasa

A month ago, David and I bought our very first home (!!!) and have been loving every minute of it since. Going through new listings online every morning for months, touring dozens of places in search of the perfect first place, and sending every piece of paper known to man to our mortgage broker was quite the process... but so worth it on the day we got the keys to our very own home! It was another amazing "first" to celebrate right before our first anniversary!

Because of the time and energy that it took to get us in our first place, I haven't been able to update the blog nearly as much as I would have liked over the past few months. But with a new home, comes lots of new projects... and now that we own it, we can do whatever we want to it... no longer restricted by landlords! So I can't wait to share all of the new projects and before and after renovation photos of the official Vaca Casa... The Vacasa!
